What is your return policy?
All of our orders are currently fulfilled through a print on demand provider. This is what makes it possible for us to affordably offer the beautiful selection of products and sizes you see here. However, since items are custom produced to fill your order, we kindly request that you order with care.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse at this time. Please bear in mind that we are a small company. This store was created to further help support the Tracker School during the difficult transition period following founder Tom Brown Jr’s passing.
Do you accept international orders?
We love and value our international Tracker family members! Thanks to the use of the print on demand model, we are thrilled to announce that the store will soon be able to support international orders. Please join our email list to be notified when this happens.
Will you be selling the books? Where can we order books?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to order books from the publisher. We understand this is deeply disappointing and share your frustration. At this point, our best recommendation is to check used book listings on services like Amazon, Thrift Books, Abe Books, Goodwill Books and Powell's. Thank you for your interest.
I have a problem with my order, how do I get help?
We want you to have the best experience possible with the Tracker School Store. If you have run into a problem or have questions, please reach out.
If you created an account during your purchase, you will find a great deal of helpful information under the ‘Orders’ tab in your account, including tracking links, order status and receipts.
At the time of your purchase, you will have received a confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. If you cannot find this, please thoroughly check your spam and junk folders.
Emails can also be sent directly to orders@trackerschoolstore.com. Please do your best to include your complete name and order number (if applicable) when reaching out. This will enable us to find your account quickly and get you the help you need as soon as possible. Thank you!
I have a voucher for the Tracker School, can I use it to pay for merch in the school store?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept vouchers at the school store, but we do have some amazing classes coming up this summer at the Tracker School that you could purchase with your voucher… Check them out here: www.trackerschool.com/courses
